مناطق الشحن
نقوم بالشحن إلى جميع محافظات جمهورية مصر العربية.
تجهيز الطلب
يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال 1–2 يوم عمل من تأكيد الطلب. الطلبات المؤكدة بعد الساعة 2:00 ظهرًا يتم تجهيزها في يوم العمل التالي.
مدة التوصيل
- القاهرة الكبرى والجيزة: 2–4 أيام عمل
- باقي المحافظات: 3–6 أيام عمل
أيام العمل لا تشمل الجمعة والعطلات الرسمية. قد تطول مدة التوصيل خلال مواسم الذروة (رمضان، الأعياد، فترات الخصومات).
رسوم الشحن
- شحن مجاني داخل مصر للطلبات من 2,000 جنيه مصري فأكثر.
- للطلبات الأقل من 2,000 جنيه: تتراوح رسوم الشحن بين 100 و160 جنيه حسب المحافظة، وتظهر تلقائيًا عند إتمام الطلب.
طرق الدفع
الدفع عند الاستلام، أو بالبطاقات البنكية (خصم أو ائتمان)، أو بالتقسيط عبر Sympl وvalU.
تأكيد الطلب والتتبع
يتم إرسال تأكيد الطلب وجميع التحديثات (بما في ذلك رقم التتبع) عبر البريد الإلكتروني والواتساب. كما يمكنك متابعة طلبك في أي وقت عبر رسائل ماسنجر على صفحتنا على فيسبوك أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
ملاحظات هامة
- فتح الشحنة قبل الاستلام غير متاح. في حال وجود أي مشكلة بالمنتج بعد الاستلام، يمكنك تقديم طلب استبدال أو استرجاع من خلال نموذج الاستبدال والاسترجاع وفقًا لـسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع.
- يُرجى التأكد من صحة العنوان ورقم الهاتف عند إتمام الطلب؛ البيانات غير الصحيحة قد تؤدي إلى تأخير أو إعادة الشحنة.
- سيتواصل معك مندوب الشحن قبل التسليم. في حال تعذر الوصول إليك بعد عدة محاولات، تُعاد الشحنة إلينا.

Shipping Policy — La Festiva
Shipping Coverage
We ship to all governorates of Egypt.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Greater Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days
- Other Egyptian governorates: 3–6 business days
Business days exclude Fridays and public holidays. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, sale periods).
Shipping Fees
- Free shipping within Egypt on orders of 2,000 EGP or more.
- Orders under 2,000 EGP: shipping is 100–160 EGP depending on your governorate, calculated automatically at checkout.
Payment Methods
Cash on delivery, debit or credit card, or instalments with Sympl and valU.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Order confirmation and all updates (including your tracking number) are sent via email and WhatsApp. You can also follow up on your order anytime through Messenger DMs on our Facebook page or via email.
Important Notes
- Opening the shipment before delivery is not available. If there is any issue with your item after receiving it, you can submit a request through our Exchange & Refund Form in accordance with our Exchange & Refund Policy.
- Please ensure your address and phone number are correct at checkout; incorrect details may cause delays or returned shipments.
- Our courier will contact you before delivery. If you can't be reached after several attempts, the shipment is returned to us.
