• If something doesn’t feel right, you can return the item with the courier immediately — no need to accept it.

• Please note: Shipping fees must be paid even you decide not to receive your order.
To confirm your cash on Delivery order, Shipping fees must be paid before shipping through Instapay or cash wallets. Confirmation messages will be sent on your WhatsApp so please keep your eyes on it.
Non Confirmed orders will be automatically cancelled if the communication with the customer was unsuccessful through WhatsApp and Phone calls for 3 days in a row.

🔄 Exchange Policy
We’re happy to offer an exchange only if the item has a defect.
• Exchange will be for the same item only (same product, size, and color).
• Item must be in its original condition (unused and with tag).
• Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Exchange is allowed once per order only.
• For hygiene reasons, some items may not be eligible for exchange.

يتم الغاء الاوردر تلقائيا اذا لم يتم الرد علي رسالة التأكيد بدفع الشحن مسبقاً و عدم استجابة العميل للتواصل الهاتفي لمدة ٣ ايام متواصلة.

🔄 سياسة الاستبدال
الاستبدال متاح فقط في حالة وجود عيب في المنتج.
• يتم الاستبدال بنفس المنتج فقط (نفس الموديل والمقاس واللون).
• يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية (غير مستخدم وبالتيكت).
• يجب طلب الاستبدال خلال ٤٨ ساعة من استلام الطلب.
• يُسمح بالاستبدال مرة واحدة فقط لكل طلب.
• بعض المنتجات لا يمكن استبدالها لأسباب صحية.
