سياسة الشحن — لا فيستيفا

مناطق الشحن

نقوم بالشحن إلى جميع محافظات جمهورية مصر العربية، بالإضافة إلى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (السعودية، الإمارات، الكويت، قطر، البحرين، عُمان).

تجهيز الطلب

يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال 1–2 يوم عمل من تأكيد الطلب. الطلبات المؤكدة بعد الساعة [4:00 مساءً] يتم تجهيزها في يوم العمل التالي.

مدة التوصيل

  • القاهرة الكبرى والجيزة: 2–4 أيام عمل
  • باقي المحافظات: 3–6 أيام عمل
  • دول الخليج: 7–14 يوم عمل

أيام العمل لا تشمل الجمعة والعطلات الرسمية. قد تطول مدة التوصيل خلال مواسم الذروة (رمضان، الأعياد، فترات الخصومات).

رسوم الشحن

  • تُحسب رسوم الشحن تلقائيًا عند إتمام الطلب حسب الموقع.
  • شحن مجاني داخل مصر للطلبات التي تتجاوز 3000 جنيه مصري.

الدفع عند الاستلام

خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام متاحة داخل مصر فقط. طلبات دول الخليج تتطلب الدفع المسبق ببطاقات الخصم أو الائتمان فقط.

تأكيد الطلب والتتبع

يتم إرسال تأكيد الطلب وجميع التحديثات (بما في ذلك رقم التتبع) عبر البريد الإلكتروني والواتساب. كما يمكنك متابعة طلبك في أي وقت عبر رسائل ماسنجر على صفحتنا على فيسبوك أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

ملاحظات هامة

  • فتح الشحنة قبل الاستلام غير متاح. في حال وجود أي مشكلة بالمنتج بعد الاستلام، يمكنك تقديم طلب استبدال أو استرجاع من خلال نموذج الاستبدال والاسترجاع وفقًا لـسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع.
  • يُرجى التأكد من صحة العنوان ورقم الهاتف عند إتمام الطلب؛ البيانات غير الصحيحة قد تؤدي إلى تأخير أو إعادة الشحنة.
  • سيتواصل معك مندوب الشحن قبل التسليم. في حال تعذر الوصول إليك بعد [2] محاولة، تُعاد الشحنة إلينا.
  • بالنسبة لطلبات الخليج، قد تُطبق رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب حسب لوائح بلد الوجهة، ويتحملها العميل.

Shipping Coverage

We ship across all governorates of Egypt, as well as GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman).

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders confirmed after [4:00 PM] are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

  • Greater Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days
  • Other Egyptian governorates: 3–6 business days
  • GCC countries: 7–14 business days

Business days exclude Fridays and public holidays. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, sale periods).

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
  • Free shipping within Egypt on orders over 3,000 EGP.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available within Egypt only. GCC orders can be paid using debit or credit cards only.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Order confirmation and all updates (including your tracking number) are sent via email and WhatsApp. You can also follow up on your order anytime through Messenger DMs on our Facebook page or via email.

Important Notes

  • Opening the shipment before delivery is not available. If there is any issue with your item after receiving it, you can submit a request through our Exchange & Refund Form in accordance with our Exchange & Refund Policy.
  • Please ensure your address and phone number are correct at checkout; incorrect details may cause delays or returned shipments.
  • Our courier will contact you before delivery. If unreachable after [2] attempts, the shipment is returned to us.
  • For GCC orders, customs duties or taxes may apply per the destination country's regulations and are the customer's responsibility.
