Exchanges and refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition with all tags and packaging. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with clear photos. Requests are submitted exclusively through our request form, with updates sent via email. Sale items and GCC orders are not eligible unless there is a manufacturing defect.
